Since this release only brings the map version up to 2019.11 from 2019.10, it's obvious that it's a very minor change. I'm not sure what exactly is different, but here is the 2019.11 maps if anyone wants them. The file size of the maps is the same. If it doesn't work, try a smaller SD card. If your Garmin has enough internal space: Rename gmapsupp.img to gmapprom.img and replace it with the one that is on the internal memory.
